We have worked with multiple land owners to help transform the value of their land in to a more valuable and hard working asset.
What are we looking for?
We are looking for brownfield or greenfield sites capable of supporting one to a dozen properties, with or without planning permission.Generally speaking that will be parcels of land measuring from an in fill site up to 4 acres in size. We are flexible in our approach and are happy to look at any proposal.
